Learning new skills is quite the unpredictable ride sometimes 🙃 I just finished a four week block of isometric training and these single leg isometric plyo’s look like nothing but took a fair bit of concentration to hit the right positions. This was actually the big step, I started from a much smaller one 😅 Good news is, there is always something to laugh about and in the mean time I’m getting stronger and faster than I have been in the last couple years ☺️
