Mental health problems are common amongst people experiencing homelessness and your share can help someone get support. #kindnessmatters Recipe (V) (GF) *you can used basically any veggies you like (potatoes, cabbage, etc) 1 large carrot, grated 1 zucchini, grated Big handful of spinach, chopped Handful of fresh mint, chopped Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped 1/2 onion, thinly sliced 1 cup of chickpea flour 1/3 cup of all purpose flour (I used GF) 1 tbsp turmeric 1 tbsp cumin Red chili flakes 2 tbsp lemon juice Pinch of salt ~2/3 cup of water (depends on your batter) Mix batter I’ve medium/low heat, heat up some olive oil on a frying pan Add a spoonful of batter to the pan, spread it out so it’s thin, and cook for 5 minutes on each side until the top is golden brown.
