Today is the last day of the #Loggerhead nesting season at Cape Romain National Wildlife Refuge and the numbers are in. The record breaking nest count is 1,671! This remarkable recovery of hatchlings was made possible by the refuge staff and volunteers who gave out over 5,000 hours to save the #turtles. Job well done! #SouthCarolina
