Nile cruise Day 1 with @nourelnil ⛵️
We visited Esna, 33 miles south of Luxor. Esna is best known for the small ancient Temple of Khnum, 9 meters below street level. It was preserved so well because most of it was buried when discovered. We walked through the temple and strolled through streets filled with markets.
We are on the Adelaïde boat, one of the best in the Nour El Nil fleet. There are ten rooms, two suites, a staff of fifteen, a large salon, and an expansive deck.
