I did a course!!! I’ve been cleared to “begin returning to sport”, and I’m being very careful and selective with which obstacles i attempt. I’m proud of my responsible choice NOT to slide down the mountain, or to hop the ring. Very low impact for now. But guess what. Two young women cleared this whole course! And they’ll be competing on stage 3 and four soon! If you’re in NC, definitely come by today (Sunday)! We’ll be at @ubwfit climbing 80’ ropes (which btw is a low impact obstacle!)
