I am cleared for strength training!!! I’ve been building up gradually with lat pull downs, and i was so excited to do my first real pullup post shoulder surgeries with my mom @ginnymaccoll! My form wasn’t great, so I’ll still be doing most of my strength training with lighter weight lat pull downs, until i can perfect my form. Ps my mom is the best.
