I have followed Lauren for years on Instagram, but never felt I needed her program until recently. Previously, I learned about weight lifting and macro counting form places of employment, and I was excited to get back to it with Lauren's program. After my dad passed away, I became extremely stressed and depressed. The last thing I wanted to do was step foot in a gym, or bring awareness to what I was eating and how much exercise I was getting.
