【Penguin Walk! 🐧 】

Did you know that you could watch these little fellas tottering one after another right at Otaru Aquarium?

In Japanese they call it お散歩 (osanpo) - talking a walk. It is to give these adorable arctic birds some good exercise in winter.

Hokkaido’s climate is real cold so one hardly spots any turtles in the ocean, however they found an rare injured turtle who lost a flipper washed up shore near Otaru, rescued it and gave it a home to nurse it back to good health. 🤍
