We decided to take a long weekend in mid-January to see Lake Superior and make our way up as we did when we were younger. Split Rock Lighthouse is always a highlight. It's difficult to take a bad photo when you’re working with such an iconic view. It would have been easy to stay in the same spot the entire day and just watch the waves crash on the shore.
