Since I was a child, I have been filled with so much fear from deeply rooted trauma. Fear of failure, fear of being unloved, fear of abandonment. Which translated to years of self-sabotage that I am still overcoming. I have come to learn that sometimes you will be too much or too less of something for someone, and that is okay. Because what is most important at the end of the day, is you knowing that you have tried your best in a way that you can. That you moved one step forward from where you were yesterday. It is also important to remember that while people can empathize, no one can truly understand exactly what you are going through because you have your own unique experiences. Remind yourself that what is meant to be will truly be, there cannot be force or resistance. So just allow yourself to, be. To love. ❤️
