I shared yesterday that this is a daily ritual that I create for myself and it helps me move into a space of peace, especially when I feel overwhelmed or inundated with too much. I loved reading the different ways you create such a space for yourself that some of you shared in the comments yesterday. 💓 . Today I have a lot swirling. I’ve been trying new things lately, taking steps outside my comfort zone, lots shifting in my world outside the phone, logistics of day to day routines, and an uptick in both pleasant and unpleasant thoughts sent my way in this space. It’s easy to get caught up the spin of a swirl. This is precisely when I stop, and before processing anything, I find my place of peace or joy or both. And I breathe and drink plenty of water too (it really helps!). And I create. It helps move me out of a stuck feeling. Movement of any sort has impact and wonderful benefits. . So here’s today’s movement and corner of delight with some of my favorite treasures. I’m looking forward to extra time unplugged, some reading, some tea sipping, some time to just rest, and some movement on my stationary bike. What are you looking forward to today? . . . . .
