I arrived safely here in Uganda a few days ago!! We have been staying in the bigger cities of Entebbe and Kampala, waiting for a negative COVID test (which came!!), doing some shopping for essentials, and getting acquainted with the culture. It is such a beautiful place, where I’m reminded of the wonder of God’s creation daily. But in the midst of all the beauty, suffering is abundant. Uganda is already changing my heart and impacting my walk with the Lord, and for that I am so grateful. Off to Bundibugyo tomorrow, pray for safe travels on the long drive.
