Stepping off the plane marks the beginning of two years in Uganda and Kenya, where I will have the joy of teaching and nurturing missionary kids. These kids are living in East Africa because their parents have answered Gods’ call on their lives to serve those who are often overlooked. Because of the rural setting, adequate schooling is not available. Answering God’s call on my own life, I am joining the mission as a teacher, enabling the parents to continue serving and walking alongside the kids as they grow and learn. ••• As life changes drastically, please pray for safe travels and a growing dependence on the Lord.
