Since begining of January,
A state of emergency has been declared to some prefectures in Japan. Not so strong rules as a other county nevertheless I feel the city is sleeping especially after 20:00.

in 2014 only Japanese team wearing mask at the competition venue. It was quiet odd existence could be that's why I have this picture however we are not minority anymore in 2021.

Hopefully situation will get better soon🙏🏻
