Science underpins so much of what we do at Taronga, and we have a specialist, multi-disciplinary team of scientists from Taronga Zoo in Sydney and @tarongawesternplainszoo to support us in our conservation goals. At Taronga, 67% of the Welfare Conservation and Science team are female, leading the way with projects focused on wildlife health, biodiversity conservation, ecology, nutrition and conservation behaviour and welfare.
