We didn’t go to the actual ceremony because we wanted to be rested and ready to compete in the Team Event a few days later. The venue was outdoors, over an hour away, and it was very cold in South Korea. It was an easier decision for us to make because we had already experienced the Opening Ceremony in Sochi, Russia.
