It feels like the snow is never going to end and now they're calling for ice. I wanted to make a dessert that felt good and warm. I went to an old church cookbook that I found in storage. A southern staple sort of pie. A chess pie sort of thing with pecans. Its rich, caramelly, and warm. It felt like the perfect recipe to do my second IGTV video.
