Every February of every year, I travel with my buddies to the north of Kyoto to Nihonkai (Japanese sea) Where are these amazing crabs are served and are limited do to the season. This three hour course comes with two amazing Matsuzakani crabs served every style you can imagine. Sashimi, steamed, grilled, tempura fried, boiled, porridge, etc. Also, the freshest of fresh oysters, abalone, rare Ono-Ebi (shrimps) sashimi platter, and one amazing original dessert I’ve cream to finish off! 3 hours to eat... My soul is super happy! #foodie
