さて、今日は節分ですね・・・👹⁠⁠
⁠⁠
そこで今回は節分にまつわるお話をしようと思います。⁠⁠
⁠⁠
節分は文字通り季節の分かれ目という意味があり、年に4回⁠⁠
ありますが昔は立春が正月であったことで年の変わり目にあたっていたということもありその前日の2月3日（大晦日）のみが行事の一つとして現在も残されているそうです。⁠⁠

なぜ豆を投げるかというと、豆は神社で奉納されている五穀のうちの一つで不思議な霊力があるとされていました。また豆は「魔(ま)を滅(め)する」という意味が込められているそうですよ！⁠⁠

また、驚くことに今年の節分は明治30年(1897年)以来124年ぶりに「2月2日」だそうですよ！⁠これは地球が立春の位置を通過する時間単位でみるとわずかに揺らぎがあるため、立春の日付が前後するそうです！⁠⁠

このように行事一つ一つの意味を理解した上で過ごすとさらに運が舞い込んできそうですね！⁠⁠

So this time, I'd like to introduce Setsubun to you.⁠
⁠⁠
Setsubun literally means the turning point of season, there are four times a year.⁠⁠
However, the beginning of spring the is starting February 3rd according to the Japanese lunar calendar. Funny fact is that it has been the first time in 124years that this event happens on the 3rd. It is usually celebrated on the 2nd of February.⁠

On that day Japanese people would usually throw beans outside of their house from the front door and say : ‘Devils out, Fortune in’ to protect their house from any source of evil.⁠
⁠
The reason for throwing beans is that beans are one of the grains that dedicated at the shrine and are said to have a mysterious spiritual power. Also, beans are said to have the meaning of "destroying the devil"⁠⁠

If you spend time after understanding the meaning of each events, it seems that luck will come even more.⁠⁠
