You guys see how much fun @t.hoowww and I have at the gym. I get asked what did you do; the truth is, you have to find your rhythm and motivation for it to become consistent. Otherwise, it feels like a chore, so you will not continue. My trainer matches my energy well; I think that’s important if you are choosing to train with someone. We can have fun like this after workouts, but when it’s time to go to work...we work.💪🏾

This is my first tik tok challenge; my trainer thinks I should get on tik tok; what do you guys think?

I post videos sometimes up in stories of more workouts.
