Started a hair growth journey during lock down last year and I’m completely shocked at how good the results have been.
I’ve tried almost every hair growth product on the market. Even endorsed one which I thought had worked, but eventually realized was pretty much a general multivitamin. I was looking for PROPER results.
When you’re trying to grow healthy hair you need more than just biotin, silica and a few vitamins.
Cutting out certain chemicals from hair products is also REALLY important!
From my diet to very specific hair products, hair routines, and looking after my hormones (s/o @life.source ❤️🙏 )I can finally say I’ve created something that works for me.
If you’re trying to grow your hair longer or just grow it because of a hormonal disorder please don’t believe these capsules and shampoo/conditioner systems. Do the research! Many of them don’t work. With my hormonal disorder, I tried them all.
Your hair is your crown and many of us are so emotionally tied to how our hair looks. Please do the research. If you can’t afford the products, use the stuff in your kitchen! I promise some of your cooking ingredients will give you more results then the products you spend money on 🙏
