But hey we’re in January and it’s cold and muddy (so much mud!) and there are only a few twinkly lights left up. So what are we gonna do? I pledge to embrace it all. What ever comes up. The confusion, the chaos, the overwhelm. I’m also gonna be 100% me. I used to sometimes try to fit in to fake comfort. I used to worry about dressing in my own way, not liking parties, preferring a book to most activities but now I embrace it all. This January I’m going to wear more colours, read more books, walk more miles, remember I am not my mind or my body but something else entirely, and I’m going to give so much less of a shit as to what others think about that.
