Here are the options for this week;
A. 150 push ups for time (find a scale that allows up to do at least 15 on the first set)
B. 150 for time in set number (5s/10s/15s/20s/30s)
C. Accumulate 150 reps throughout the day
D. Challenge a family member to do these with you - if you find a partner in crime, then it’s 100 reps but synchronized 🤝
Fitness is always more fun with others, so even if you can’t physically do this with anyone, then jump on FaceTime or zoom and get MOVIN’!
