Today, Cofounder @amandahesser is making @ottolenghi and @ixta.belfrage's Miso Butter Onions with a slight twist. She discovered that you could whip these onions up on the stovetop instead of baking them due to her oven breaking down mid-recipe (hey, it happens!).
