This video is from my first session on this wall a few weeks back🙈
As we didn't have a board type of wall like this to train before I had to get used to the steepness and the bad footholds in the first few sessions but now it already got a lot better and i can not only climb on the best holds that are on the wall like i do in this video 😂💪
