Our dynamics of planning ahead, knowing that we have a steady job, knowing that things work in a certain way , well, nothing is that certain anymore... Things, jobs, places we thought were going to be in our lives forever seem at peril now... And yes, it feels scary and we try by all ways to keep the things we have, the dynamics we have going on .. and we use so much energy trying to hold on to all of these things... and I see it happening all around me... and I can’t help but wonder... why are we so afraid to fall? Is it because we grew up thinking that falling was equivalent to failure, so always associated with shame and guilt? Somebody told me once: when a baby starts to learn how to walk, it falls a thousand times, maybe even more 🙃 Well, not once does the baby think « oh this is not for me, I’m not good enough, I’m gonna stop cause I don’t want to fall again » RIGHT?!!! No, babies actually LOOOVE falling!!! And raising back up !!! I guess what I wanted to share with you today Is PLEASE DO NOT BE AFRAID OF FALLING!!!!
