"We went to Mornington Peninsula to take Peregrine Falcon's flying photos for the first time. I had my shutter speed set up to the max so that I could freeze the motion.

I saw a medium size bird flying towards us. It wasn't the falcon I was waiting for. It was a honeyeater, Singing Honeyeater. It made a U-turn after flying over us. I turned my camera around and took some shots. Autofocus was swift and latched onto the target straight away. It was against the light but I took the shots anyway.

I lifted the shadows in post processing and was surprised to see the details camera had captured. I was able to freeze the action and retrieved details. Love the shot and the pose." - @deepak_karra
