I got two amazing jumping drills that are excellent for calorie burning and improving power endurance.

Plyo jumping drill pyramid workout:
You want to spend as little time as possible touching the ground.
-Go when 3 beats pass, you jump 1, then 2 in a row, then 3,...4,...5,...4,...3,...2 and 1.

Jumping workout #2:
You want to jump and absorb the impact when you are landing by making the least possible noise.
-You start with 1 rep, then 2 in a row, then 3,...4 and 5.
