I usually do 2 leg sessions a week. One low reps focus session with heavy weights and the other is more conditioning work with focus on high reps. This method will improve your legs. Give it a try if you need to bring your legs up ⤵️

6️⃣ Prone & Unilateral Leg Curl 15 to 20 Reps
