I had a hard time feeling safe in my own body and didn’t know how to move through it, reflexively allowing the reactive state of force and fear to take the lead. Over the years, I have dedicated much of my time to creating a greater sense of trust and security within myself. I have found that a felt sense of safety affects my ability to be present, and my ability to be present affects my sensitivity to listening, which listening is my pathway to uncovering honest and fulfilling movement. I am continuously evolving and exploring tools to aid me along my journey. I feel incredibly grateful to have @clistudios as a platform to create safe enough environments and intentional work to share with you all.
