Malapit na ang pasko!!! Ibig sabihin, malapit na rin ang noche buena feast! Even though our mindset for the holidays is usually more of a “relaxed vibe" I still need to keep in shape and make sure I stay energized for all those Zoom Christmas parties! Join me in my Christmas workout so that we can burn all the food we’re eating this holiday season

Of course we must also be mindful to eat and energize ourselves before a workout, so I always make sure to have a bowl of NESTLE FITNESSE an hour before to keep me up and ready
