My goal for the start of my #FunFitnesseJourney was to be able to do a good amount of cardio. I’ve tried HIIT, running and other ways of doing cardio but I’ve realized that I need to enjoy! I started playing Just Dance and without noticing, I was dancing for 1 hour already! What are the ways that you get yourself to enjoy your workouts? How has your journey been so far?
