I can’t quite believe that I’m saying this. I’ve wanted to take my 200 hours for a long time, and had planned to go ahead with it in India earlier this year, but unfortunately that couldn’t happen due to Covid. However, the stars aligned when I found out that my favourite London studio was due to start their course in September. I didn’t even think twice before booking, and wow what a journey it has been between then and now. I couldn’t be happier that I unexpectedly ended up on this course, meeting the most incredible people (you know who you are ❤️) and learning from some of the best teachers. I truly believe everything happens for a reason. So, where do I go from here? My dream is to one day host retreats - sadly not looking likely anytime soon! But in the meantime I would love to know what you would like to see. Live yoga classes online? YouTube tutorials? Specific asana workshops? Guided meditation? Name it, and let’s see where we go from here 🧘‍♀️🌟. Thank you for all of your support. I have had my mind focused on what feels like a million things these past few months - juggling launching @mysmartskin while starting this course was an experience in itself!
