LETS TALK ABOUT FOOD, BABY!
One of my all time fav subjects. Don't let the diet-blah's get you! Eat lean, clean & green! Here are some of my all time nutritional hacks that have helped me keep off 80 lbs for close to 18 years!
🌟You should eat breakfast like a Queen, lunch like a princess, & dinner like a peasant, tapering off the calories as the day goes.
🌟Follow my "Un-diet" diet, where you eat instinctually, listening to your body.
🌟Fuel up on greens, & lean sources of protein, such as grilled salmon here.
🌟Up the hydration, & sip on citrus infused detox waters to help you flush the fat.
🌟And eat some fat! Yes, I said FAT! But good fats such as avocado, MCT oil and coconut oil.
