Last month, my worst phone nightmare came true. Somehow, I dropped my phone through that thin little slot between the elevator and the floor, sending it on a free fall down 15 flights to the basement level of our building. I raced down the stairs, foolishly thinking that if I went down in the elevator, that would be the thing to crush it at the bottom, not the free fall. HA! The good news is that I’ve been wanting to upgrade my phone for awhile and the iPhone 12 just came out! Of course, I also knew that I needed the absolute best case to protect it.
