A small yellow biplane cuts across the sky while 1,000 ft above I peek out of the small window of a Cessna 210 shooting with a 24-70 mm lens. This image was taken near my home during the filming of a new Aerial workshop. I wanted more than anything to demonstrate that without proper planning, vision & patience for the perfect weather- you simply cannot buy your way into a good photograph. I have shot this landscape many times over many years and each time learned a little bit more about its subtleties, it’s secrets.
