This week on the podcast I had the pleasure of speaking with Mark Barden, Co-founder and Managing Director at @sandyhookpromise.

Since the tragic loss of his 7-year-old son Daniel, one of 20 first-graders and six educators murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012, Mark has dedicated himself to bringing people together to find sensible solutions that will prevent future tragedies and spare other families the pain of losing a child to gun violence.

This topic isn't easy for any of us, but I believe the more we bring solutions and action-oriented conversations to light, we can be the healing and change we want to see.
