Power endurance session today! One of the intervals I did was this one ☝️ very simple but effective ✨

The boulder should be flashable but require effort. In each interval you climb the boulder 3 times in a row with no rest. Ideally you should barely be able to complete the last 1-2 moves of the third rep. Rest for 7 min and repeat 4 times in total (@climb.coach.cabrera 👏)

...and I recommend that you finish off with a saffron bun afterwards 👩‍🍳
