Four decades of Martin Parr‘s (@martinparrstudio) work made in Ireland has been brought together in a new book, From the Pope to a Flat White, Ireland 1979-2019.

The book charts Parr’s own changing practice alongside Ireland’s changing nature and society – chronologically running from black and white images of pilgrims and the visit of Pope John Paul through to color images of chains, startups, and gentrification.
