Just throw them in frozen and they’ll do their thing!⁠ .⁠ INGREDIENTS⁠ * 4 chicken thighs, skin on⁠ * 4 tbs butter⁠ * 1/4 cup chicken stock⁠ * 5 garlic cloves, minced⁠ * 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper⁠ * 1/2 tsp paprika⁠ * 1 tbs @flavorgod lemon&garlic⁠ * 1 sprig of rosemary, chopped or 1 tbs dry⁠ * 1/2 tsp oregano⁠ * 1/2 fresh lemon, juiced⁠ * 1/8 tsp xanthan gum (optional to thicken sauce more)⁠ * 1 tbs olive oil⁠ * Parsley to top⁠ 🤍⁠ METHOD⁠ * Preheat oven to 425°F.⁠ * Pat dry thighs. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, @flavorgod lemon & garlic. Heat olive oil in skillet until hot. Turn heat to medium high, and place thighs skin side down to sear, 5-6mins, each side.⁠ * Remove thighs. Add in butter to melt. Throw in garlic and stir 15 seconds (dont burn!). Throw in rosemary, oregano and lemon juice & stir. Add in chicken stock and stir over medium high heat until it tarts bubbling a bit and becomes slightly thickened. You can add in xanthan here to thicken more if desired.⁠ * Place thighs back in. Add in pearl onions around the thighs. Spoon sauce over thighs and place skillet in the oven.⁠ * Roast for 25-30mins or until internal temp of thighs reaches 165°F.
