Kit I wouldn’t be without? Skipping rope! Great for traveling if there’s no gyms, great for at home and fun to do with the kids. When short on time it’s my go to for a good sweat! Today I did 100 skips, 10 burpees, 100 skips 9 burpees ... etc down to 100 skips 1 burpee. Finish!
