Seasoned both sides with salt, pepper and onion salt.⁠ .⁠ Brown both sides in avocado oil but don’t cook through.⁠ .⁠ Remove to a plate.⁠ .⁠ Into the drippings I added 1 small onion sliced into half moons. Sauté till soft then add a pat of butter, salt and pepper.⁠ .⁠ I put the chicken back on top of the onions and covered them with shredded mozzarella cheese.⁠ Top that with a mixture of 1/3 a cup of sour cream, @flavorgod garlic lovers, salt, pepper and lots of onion salt.⁠ .⁠ Top that with @porkkinggood spicy pork rind crumbs and put the whole skillet in the oven at 400° for 5–10 minutes till the chicken is cooked through. Top with chopped parsley.⁠ .⁠ I served it with @fullgreen.official broccoli cauliflower rice which is such an easy quick side dish.⁠ All you do is microwave it in the bag for90 seconds and boom.
