Ingredients:⁠
🥃3 pound - tomahawk Steak⁠
🥃Flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pepper⁠
✔️cast iron pan or oven safe thick skillet⁠

Directions:⁠
🔥Preheat oven to 350 degrees.⁠
🔥brush steak with cooking oil.⁠
🔥let sit at room temp for 15 min.⁠
🔥next Season steak generously with Flavorgod Himalayan salt & pink pepper. Get the top, bottom, and all the sides. Use a generous amount of salt as this is a thick steak.⁠
🔥Sear the steak in a cast iron (really hot!!!) for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.⁠
🔥Transfer the steak to oven . Bake in the preheated oven until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 130 degrees. This will take about 35 minutes, but use a meat thermometer for 100% accuracy.⁠
🔥Let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.⁠
