"HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO A WARM UP?"
I get this question a lot... the answer? Every time you train! 😅 Whether you work out using weights or bodyweight, you still need to warm up your muscles. If you are training lower body today, or even going for a run or walk, save this warm-up routine and try it before you start your workout. If you rarely warm up before a workout, notice how different your body feels when you do incorporate this warm-up routine into your session!

✅ Alternating Lunge & Twist - 20 reps (10 per side)
✅ Butt Kicks - 30 reps
✅ Walking Knee Hug - 20 reps
✅ 90/90 & Twist - 20 reps
✅ Hip Flexors & Hamstrings - 20 reps

Aim to complete 1-2 laps of each move to warm up your muscles properly.
