The starter of our vegetarian christmas menu is a baked camembert with lingonberry jam, roasted walnuts and thyme. The main dish is hasselback potatoes with mushroom sauce and a brussel sprout-kale-persimmon salad. As a dessert we served poached pears in white wine with vanilla ice-cream.
