One of the rights that we believe should be protected at all costs is the right to education. At @allhandsandhearts we are committed to working toward UN Sustainable Development Goal number 4, ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education for all. We rebuild schools after disasters, providing safe spaces for children to learn, but our work doesn’t stop there. We recognize that children need resources, not just classrooms, to learn. Our work with partners such as @olenepal and @ftelefonicamx, and a generous donation from the Patrick J. McGovern Foundation has allowed us to deploy our EdTech program in places like Nepal and Mexico, providing up-to-date technology and training to ensure teachers and students know how to use the technology effectively. We hope this work brings our global community one step closer to achieving the goal of quality education for children all over the world.
