Who else regularly incorporates their crash pads to their workout equipment?

Hip joint stretch here. It’s a big stride for me to even be able to stretch this region myself - and after copious amounts of dry needles and manual therapy with my Physio Laura @wavetoolstherapy I am still ridiculously tight. From stretches to workouts though, crash pads can be a handy gym resource. Let me know if you’d like to see some videos of them in action with what my coach @bhkillian and I are doing!
