No gym? No problem! Even though I have a squat rack in my home gym, I mostly use my own body weight. It forces me to balance & really use my lower body vs my back or shoulders. Plus the burn out is real! @chailattepom is a cutie 🥰

If you want to add some weight for resistance , a little goes a long way. So while ur wait for ur dumbbells to come in. Pick up water gallon, pick up ur baby (furry /non) and MOVE UR BODY ☺️
