Between Caprese Michelangelo and La Verna ( Tuscany, Italy) there is a refuge, a house and a small church that legend says was commissioned by San Francesco during his last journey from his sanctuary in La Verna to Assisi. During a trekking through the Appennines, a violent summer storm forced us to take shelter in this place. Just before sunset the sun came back again through the fog.
