Seasoned these babies with @flavorgod and used whole garlic cloves and pearl onions to caramelize while it finishes in the oven. We paired it with some caulimash, and broccoli and it was perfect!⁠ 🤍⁠ FOR STEAK: season with salt, pepper and @flavorgod steak & chop seasoning all over, and generously. Heat olive oil in a skillet until sizzling hot (super important for a nicely browned steak). Cook steak each side on medium high about 6mins uninterrupted. Flip to other side, add in whole cloves (5-6) and pearl onions. Finish the steak in the oven for desired doneness on 425° F (use meat thermometer) or about 10-12mins for medium.⁠ * Take out mid way and spoon over juices on steak and leave to finish cooking. When done, remove and cover steak with foil and let it rest for 10mins (Important!)⁠ 🤍⁠ Compound Butter:⁠ - use half a stick of butter softened at room temperature (you can refrigerate for later use). Mix with 4 minced garlic cloves, 3 tbs minced parsley, 1tsp @flavorgod lemon garlic seasoning, 1 tap oregano, 1/2 tsp rosemary, and 1/4 tsp paprika. Mix it up and throw onto a cling wrap, roll and twist sides and refrigerate for 30mins at least.
